Hole 2

At the second hole, the original Colt tee is to the left and the ravines that Brancepeth is famous for are seen for the first time. The green is on a shelf which was formed on the hillside entirely by hand.

A well placed tee shot is needed to give a chance of making a par 3 and a ball played short of the green can, particularly in summer, run all the way down to the stream in the bottom of the ravine.
